The spiritual path of Anthroposophy (’human-wrought wisdom’), born out of the work of Rudolf Steiner, is what helps me understand why we are at the crossroads that we are at in human existence, and gives the courage and know-how to move forward in love. There are many, many resources for this path, but this website introduces the work of Lisa Romero, a wonderful, humble, wise (and often witty) English/ Australian teacher whom I have studied with personally, but who works internationally to bring the inner, meditative aspect of Anthroposophy alive for modern ears. On her website are many resources, articles, podcasts and recordings, and I recommend it as an entry point if you are interested.
