Insights from the Diversity and Decolonising Circle
In this webinar, the members of the DAF Diversity & Decolonising Circle will be discussing personal learning, and unlearning, arising out of this work and the trainings.
The D&D circle was initiated in August 2020, with the mission of “making DAF spaces safer, especially for Black, Indigenous and People of Colour.” Since it inception, the circle has initiated or supported several initiatives and events, such as the Dismantling Racism training, or the Silenced Stories workshop.
How has the circle been pursuing this ambitious mandate so far? What insights have emerged as a result for the members of the circle? How to put these insights into practice, going forward?

ABOUT THE CONSCIOUS LEARNING WEBINARS
This webinar is part of the Conscious Learning Festival (July to September, 2021), itself an offshoot of Wendy and Dorian’s participatory Action Research project in the Deep Adaptation Forum (see here). These webinars touch on the topics of learning, change, and Deep Adaptation. Where relevant, they will highlight the presenters’ “learning journey” into the Deep Adaptation Forum and beyond.
